Return & Refund Policy
All merchandise is printed on demand through Printful, which means each item is made specifically for your order.
Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Incorrect size selection
• Buyer’s remorse
• Change of mind
• Color expectations or minor print placement variations
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and problem
If approved, we will work with Printfulto provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit or tracking shows no movement, reach out and we’ll help look into it and coordinate a replacement if eligible.
Returns & Other Issues
We’re a small independent band doing our best to keep things fair and simple. While we cannot guarantee returns or refunds for non-defective items, we understand that issues can come up.
If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate on a case-by-case basis.
Wrong Address / Unclaimed Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or an unclaimed package, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.
